Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Vaulty. By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Vaulty helps you track warranties for items you own, using photos, documents, and information you provide, along with AI-assisted features to extract details, look up manufacturer contact info, check for product recalls, and reason about coverage.

AI features are estimates, not guarantees

Vaulty's AI-suggested warranty durations, claim contact information, and coverage assessments are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided as a starting point, not a substitute for confirming details directly with the manufacturer or retailer. Vaulty does not guarantee that any item is actually covered under warranty.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions

Vaulty offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store for additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are billed through your Apple ID account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Vaulty to upload content you don't have the right to use, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty on the app itself

Vaulty is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any loss resulting from reliance on information provided by the app, including AI-generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vaulty after a change means you accept the updated terms.
